China Garden takes pride in food quality and service. If something goes wrong with an order, this page explains the typical refund process.
Eligible refund scenarios
- You received the wrong items
- Your order was missing items
- Your food arrived spoiled or unsafe to eat
- You were charged incorrectly
To request help, contact support within 2 hours of receiving the order and include your confirmation number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful.
Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Personal taste preferences
- Delivery delays caused by outside conditions or third-party platforms
- Orders placed at the wrong location due to customer error
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Third-party platforms
For orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, or similar services, refund requests usually need to go through that platform directly.
